2. No Rooms For Single Person Even though your online booking confirmed. Amount cannot be refunded.
3. If an online transaction is unsuccessful but the amount has been deducted from your account, follow these steps:
- Check Transaction Status: Verify the status of the transaction through the website or app. Sometimes, transactions may take a moment to process.
- Review Bank Statement: Look at your bank statement to confirm that the amount has indeed been deducted. Make sure it’s not a pending transaction.
- Contact IT help desk: Reach out our IT help desk service. Provide us with details like the transaction date, amount, and any confirmation number if available. Team able to assist you in resolving the issue or get the returning (From providers).
- Check for Confirmation Emails: Look for any confirmation emails related to the transaction. If you received one, it can help in communicating with both the merchant (with us) and your bank.
- Contact Your Bank: If we (MMH Help desk) are unable to trace out or help, contact your bank or Payment sourceprovider. Report the issue and ask them to investigate the transaction. They may initiate a dispute process or help you recover the funds.
- Document Everything: Keep a record of all communications with the merchant (with us) and your bank, including dates, times, and names of representatives you spoke with.
- Follow Up: If you don’t hear back within a reasonable time frame, follow up with both the merchant (with us) and your bank to check on the status of your issue.
